The New Trike 2.0 enhances your ride with a newly added adjustable backrest, parking brake, and stylish new color. Upgraded with a 48V 20Ah battery (compared to the initial 13Ah) and hydraulic brake system!

A hub motor in the front wheel can crank out a continuous 500 watts of power with the ability to ratchet things up to over 750 peak watts of power for hill climbs and quicker acceleration. This motor has 80 Newton meters of torque.

Having a folding feature on the main frame tube and telescoping stem, the trike is able to be folded and stored away.

To prevent the loss of personal items, at the rear of the bike, there is an extra large alloy basket with a solid wooden base; keeping things safe and secure. In the front, there's additional ample storage for your groceries or other items.

48V20AH battery behind the seatpost delivers long-lasting power, optimal balance, easy charging, and reliable performance for extended rides.

Hydraulic brake with 180mm disc offers powerful, responsive braking, superior heat dissipation. and provides riders with superior control, safety, and reliability on any terrain.

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST) Central Standard Time (Monday–Friday).

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday). This is the time it takes to verify your order and prepare the shipment at the warehouse.

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday). This is the time your order is in the hands of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or specialized Freight).

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 Business Days.

3. Shipping Methods

Due to the weight and lithium-ion batteries in E-bikes, we use specialized carriers.

Standard Items (Accessories): Usually ship via FedEx or UPS Ground.

E-bikes: Ships via Freight (LTL) or FedEx. For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window. A signature is required for many of our E-bike deliveries to ensure your investment arrives safely.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Damaged Shipments

We take great pride in our partners' packaging, but accidents can happen during transit.

Inspection: Please inspect the box for any visible damage before signing for your delivery.

Reporting: If the item is damaged, please take photos and contact us at 512-200-4958 or support@ventureoutebikes.com within 48 hours. Upon verification of the damage, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and process a replacement for you.

Warranty Requirements:

1. Proof of purchase.

2. Product Registration right after the purchase at Product Registration (eunorau-ebike.com)

3. E-bike check-up by a Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use with receipt showing who completed the check up and the details of what was completed and the condition of the bike, along with any repairs required.

4. You are the original purchaser, Warranty does not transfer to another owner.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. Ordinary wear and tear are not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by an authorized Eunorau dealer. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:Brake PadsRotorsSpokesHandlebar GripsShifterBrake cablesCasingsTires/TubesChainsChain RingsCassettesTransmission gearsParts are compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
2. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
3. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress
4. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage not caused by Eunorau
5. The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible
6. Defects or damage to the products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Eunorau
7. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions (YouTube Video) & Manual
8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source
9. Using a battery charger that is not intended or compatible for use with the Eunorau battery
10. Using a battery charger improperly
11. If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering
12. If the battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified
13. Any free gift or accessories that came with the purchase of the product, such as racks and fenders that are included or pre-installed on the ebike, are not covered under the warranty.
