Shipment Processing Time
We try to process all orders placed on our website within 1 business day. Average delivery times are 1-2 business days for East Coast, 3-4 days for Midwest, and 5-6 days for West Coast. All at no cost to you.

Shipping and Delivery
Jupiter Bike uses FedEx and only ships to Domestic US. Bikes and items that have Lithium Ion can only be shipped FedEx Standard.

An email with the tracking number(s) will be sent when the order ships.

Holiday Shipping
Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow up to 2 extra business days for order processing and up to 2-3 extra business days for delivery. While our team is always working to get your orders to you as quickly as we can, the shipping carriers typically are working at full capacity this time of year and can take longer than usual to process and deliver packages.
