1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

Contiguous USA: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and battery requirements of E-bikes.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

We know you value transparency and so do we. Please note our standardized shipping timeline:

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST) Central Standard Time (Monday–Friday).

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday). This is the time it takes to verify your order and prepare the shipment at the warehouse.

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday). This is the time your order is in the hands of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or specialized Freight).

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 Business Days.

Seasonal & Holiday Shipping: Please note that during peak holiday seasons or high-demand periods, carrier transit times may experience slight delays beyond our control. 3. Shipping Methods

Due to the weight and lithium-ion batteries in E-bikes, we use specialized carriers.

Standard Items (Accessories): Usually ship via FedEx or UPS Ground.

E-bikes: Ships via Freight (LTL) or FedEx. For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window. A signature is required for many of our E-bike deliveries to ensure your investment arrives safely.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Damaged Shipments

We take great pride in our partners' packaging, but accidents can happen during transit.

Inspection: Please inspect the box for any visible damage before signing for your delivery.

Reporting: If the item is damaged, please take photos and contact us at 512-200-4958 or support@ventureoutebikes.com within 48 hours. Upon verification of the damage, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and process a replacement for you.

At Venture Out E-Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. Cyrusher e-bikes are covered by Up to 2-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty which protects the original owner against manufacturing defects and shipping damage.

  • Frame, Components & Battery: Up to 2-Year Limited Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Shipping Damage: 100% coverage for parts damaged during transit upon delivery.
  • Local Shop Repair Allowance: Up to $200 reimbursement for local bike shop repairs, if approved in advance by Cyrusher technicians.

Warranty Terms & Exclusions

  • Original Owner Only: This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Normal Wear & User Error Excluded: Coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused by user error, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Pre-Approval Required: Photos or video evidence of the defective part are required prior to replacing any components. No third-party repairs or replacement parts will be covered unless pre-authorized.
  • Shipping Policy: Standard ground shipping for warranty replacement parts is covered for the continental 48 states. Expedited shipping is available at the customer's expense.

The Cyrusher Aura is propelled by a robust 52V, 750W rear hub motor (peaking at 1,280W) that serves up a powerful 80–95 Nm of torque. This heavy-duty power configuration means you can effortlessly flatten steep city inclines, accelerate smoothly from a dead stop, and handle headwinds or heavy cargo with ease.

Unlike standard e-bikes, the Aura utilizes an advanced, switchable sensor system, allowing you to transition between torque and cadence tracking.  Being able to switch between a torque sensor and a cadence sensor gives you two completely different    e-bike personalities on the exact same machine.  Instead of forcing you to choose between a "workout/natural bike feel" or an "effortless mopedy cruise," the Cyrusher Aura lets you toggle between both depending on their mood, energy level, or terrain.

Pair those options with 5 levels of Pedal Assist (PAS) and you have an incredibly diverse ride. What exactly is "pedal assist"?  The motor measures your pedaling and basically matches it with a little "ooomph" of its own.  With 5 different levels of pedal assist, you can decide if you want just a tiny bit of help or quite a bit.  

What Class Rating does the Cyrusher Aura have and why should I care?
