At Venture Out Ebikes, we are committed to getting you on the road as quickly and safely as possible. We ship our high-quality E-bikes and accessories directly from our premium brand partners' warehouses across the USA to ensure you receive the most direct and efficient service.
1. Shipping Destinations & Costs
Contiguous USA: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and battery requirements of E-bikes.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
We know you value transparency and so do we. Please note our standardized shipping timeline:
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST) Central Standard Time (Monday–Friday).
Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday). This is the time it takes to verify your order and prepare the shipment at the warehouse.
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday). This is the time your order is in the hands of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or specialized Freight).
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 Business Days.
Seasonal & Holiday Shipping: Please note that during peak holiday seasons or high-demand periods, carrier transit times may experience slight delays beyond our control. To ensure the best experience, we encourage you to contact us at 512-200-4958 to verify real-time stock availability and estimated delivery windows before placing your order. We are happy to provide the most up-to-date information from our warehouse partners.
3. Shipping Methods
Due to the weight and lithium-ion batteries in E-bikes, we use specialized carriers.
Standard Items (Accessories): Usually ship via FedEx or UPS Ground.
E-bikes: Ships via Freight (LTL) or FedEx. For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window. A signature is required for many of our E-bike deliveries to ensure your investment arrives safely.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Damaged Shipments
We take great pride in our partners' packaging, but accidents can happen during transit.
Inspection: Please inspect the box for any visible damage before signing for your delivery.
Reporting: If the item is damaged, please take photos and contact us at 512-200-4958 or support@ventureoutebikes.com within 48 hours. Upon verification of the damage, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and process a replacement for you.
