Nakto bikes and accessories ship out from warehouses in
California or Kansas depending on which warehouse is closer to you and has the
stock.  We make every effort to ship out
your item within one business day (Monday through Friday) and will provide you
with a tracking number once we have it. 

We only ship to the lower 48 states.  We will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, or Canada.  Because of the lithium
batteries, we ship the ebikes using FedEx. 
Most of the time accessories will be shipped using either UPS or USPS.

We CANNOT ship to a PO Box. 
If you live in an apartment complex, be sure the address is very clearly
stated so as to avoid an item being misdirected or rejected.

We do not charge for shipping.

Please note that during holiday or busy season, there might
be a delay in shipping out your unit due to heavy volume of orders.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.
